ARMSTRONG WILLIAMSCEO
Mr. Williams is the founder and CEO of Howard Stirk Holdings (HSH). Since 1995, Armstrong has produced weekly television shows, which are nationally syndicated and air internationally. With six television stations as subsidiaries and plans for growth, the Federal Communications Committee (FCC) designates Armstrong Williams as the largest minority owner of broadcast television stations in the United States.
In 2016 Armstrong was recognized by The Multicultural Media Correspondents as their Media Owner of the Year. He was also recognized in 2017 at as his alma mater, South Carolina State University (SCSU) with their Lifetime Achievement award. Williams founded the Howard Stirk Holdings Media Fellows as well as the D.C. Opportunity Media Scholarships. In March 2017, he donated $250,000.00 to his alma mater SCSU. Armstrong also served as Dr. Benjamin Carson’s business manager; executive editor of American Currentsee Magazine in partnership with The Washington Times newspaper. Armstrong Williams has served on several boards such as the President’s Commission on White House Fellows, Newsmax Advisory Council, Independence Federal, S&L Bank board of directors, and presently serves on the Carson Scholars Fund.

Shirley E. Dave serves as Sr. Executive Vice President for Howard Stirk Holdings (HSH). Her task is to manage all corporate affairs for HSH JSA stations which include monitoring Quarterly Reports filed by The Chief Operator of HSH stations (WEYI and WWMB) to make sure HSH stays in compliance with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). She is responsible for personnel; keeping track of HSH invoices; engaging with audits,; approving programming for HSH JSA stations and engaging in the management of television affiliate acquisitions.
Shirley is no stranger to the FCC and its rules and regulations as she worked four years for MCI Telecommunications in the wireless phone division. A native of Knoxville, Tennessee, Shirley attended Trinity College; Howard University School of Communications, in Washington, DC.

JOHN KEYS
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
As the Director of Operations at Howard Stirk Holdings, John oversees corporate matters including but not limited to budgeting, collaborations, personnel, station business, marketing opportunities, branding and more. Leveraging over a decade of corporate experience, John creates custom campaigns, work products, and brand suites that accurately defines and enhances the effectiveness of the mission, person or product represented.
John is a 12 year Marine Corps veteran and has headquarters level experience at venues such as the Pentagon and Headquarters Marine Corps Quantico.

ADEAN KING
SENIOR PRODUCER
Adean King is Vice President and member of the Board of Director of Graham Williams Group. Prior to this position, she served as a public relations consultant to tennis legend, Serena Williams and also for numerous award-wining recording artists, which included Janet Jackson, Boys II Men, and Michael Jackson. She also served as Assistant General Manager for Michael Jackson and was a member of the Board of Sony/ATV Music.
Ms. King has received numerous honors and awards, which include special recognition from the US House of Representatives and the US Senate. Her affiliations include the Washington Urban League Guild, NAACP, the National Democratic Women’s Club and First Baptist Church. She attended the University of Tennessee and the National School of Business where she majored in Business Administration.
